Danielle Sullivan is a health and wellness coach specialising in sleep, stress management and recovery.
Her coaching services serve international clients, and she mentors busy professionals, including managers, coaches, CEO’s and entrepreneurs. Inspiring them to slow their lives to empower and excel at what they do best with a healthier mind and body.
Danielle’s mission is to serve millions of ambitious professionals who want to create more success in their lives, with more energy and peace, to live well-balanced, healthier lifestyles.
She transformed her life from living with exhaustion from chronic stress and anxiety to more inner peace and balance with even more success, and now, through her 1-2-1 coaching program, Titanium, Danielle has already supported many professionals on the same journey.

In 2015, Danielle was in a management position that opened her eyes to see the bigger picture of what her team was up against regarding their health and lifestyle. She began to coach team members through struggling times when social and work pressures were at full volume. This inspired her to take an Introduction to Coaching course because she knew she could help others more effectively with a better understanding. Using her intuition, she felt the urge to create Calm Fresh Fitness to help and inspire people worldwide who wanted success in their careers and were feeling the pullback on their health and well-being to create a healthier balance to endure more success.
From there, Danielle then went on to study health and life coaching and is now a specialist in sleep and stress management.
How I got here
2008 – Graduated with an FdSc Health Related Exercise and Recovery
2009 – I wanted a more financially stable and rewarding career and ended up training as a dental nurse. It’s not as glamorous as some people perceive it, and it can sometimes be very stressful.
2010 – Moved County and stayed in dental nursing. I didn’t feel 100 per cent with myself, and the company I worked for had no team spirit. I found I was doing much of the work to keep standards high. I had to stay with them so I could qualify for my diploma.
2011 - Qualified with my NEBDN national diploma in dental nursing. I had financial responsibilities and felt like I had to stay with the company. How I was feeling, I thought it was normal and created an unhealthy coping mechanism.
2012 – I had been struggling with my sleep for a while, not getting to sleep straight away and waking up 2/3 in the morning with night sweats. I started to crash on the couch and sleep as soon as I got in from work. This one particular night, I woke up finding it hard to breathe and sweating. I managed to fall back to sleep. I got up, ready in the morning, and set off to work as usual. I had added stress from a transport strike I didn’t know about and ended up having to race to work to be on time. Before I knew it, I struggled to breathe and had a major panic attack. The ambulance crew arrived and worried about my blood pressure as I was a healthy 24-year-old. That’s when my test result came back, and the investigations from the accident and emergency doctor told me I suffered a panic attack, and from what I told him, I was living with chronic stress and anxiety. I was packed off with a note to remind me which supplements to buy to boost my vitamin and mineral levels and told to use an app that the doctors use to understand anxiety. My personal journey began right at that moment.
Starting out
2015 – I had been working at a busy hospital in central London, and I was promoted to a management position. This is where I started to coach staff members and was first introduced to coaching. I even coached team members and patients through anxiety and panic attacks. Calm Fresh Fitness was created.
2016 – I left my family, friends, career and the UK to move to Canada with my husband.
2017 - I qualified with a personal training certification to update my knowledge base and move forward into health coaching.
2019 and beyond – I qualified as a health and life coach and was inspired to focus on stress and sleep as I worked a temporary job as a sleep coordinator and saw the lifestyle people were struggling with. I started coaching clients and saw how quickly their transformations were happening. After studying sleep, stress management, and recovery with Precision Nutrition, I applied my knowledge and personal experience to help others transform their lives around modern-day life and learn a new way of living.
What’s next?
We're now living in an era where more and more people want to live healthier lifestyles to have the energy to keep up and to create boundaries around social and work pressure.
More and more professionals want the success of their careers to make a difference, for self-accomplishment and for financial stability as well as living a healthier balanced life.
